Course Description:
This course explores the application of biomechanical principles to sports and exercise. Students will gain a foundational understanding of how the human body responds and adapts to physical activity. The curriculum covers the analysis of movement, the mechanics of injury, and strategies for performance improvement. Through theoretical knowledge and practical application, students will learn to optimize athletic performance, reduce injury risks, and apply biomechanical principles in coaching and sports science settings.
