Course Description:

This course aims to empower educators with innovative strategies for promoting physical education, focusing on student ownership, effective teaching methodologies, and the principles of assessment and evaluation. Participants will learn to design engaging activities that not only meet educational goals but also encourage active involvement and a positive attitude towards physical fitness. Emphasizing a supportive learning environment, the course teaches how to foster autonomy and motivation among students by allowing them to make self-directed choices.
