Course Description:
This course will provide teachers and principals with the knowledge, strategies, and tools to become a more effective leader in the classroom, school, and district. Professionals enrolled in this course will discuss and debate new topics and forms of education. They will examine the influence and impact of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), collaboration, student-generated assessments, and redeployment. Educators will be challenged to push themselves and those they lead to improve student achievement.
